With continued growth across the audit function, they are looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior Manager who can combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness and a collaborative leadership style.
The role is available in Bristol, with hybrid working providing flexibility around your working week.
The opportunity
- You'll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of audit clients, working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders while acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the year.

What you'll be doing
- Planning, managing and completing a diverse portfolio of audit engagements from commencement through to completion.
- Taking ownership of key client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact throughout the year.
- Reviewing audit work to ensure high technical and professional standards are consistently maintained.
- Working alongside Partners on complex assignments and contributing to the delivery of excellent client service.
- Coaching, mentoring and delegating effectively across the wider audit team.
- Supporting the development of junior and qualified team members through regular feedback and guidance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve audit processes, efficiency and quality.
- Building strong commercial relationships and developing a detailed understanding of your clients' businesses.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the audit function.
What we're looking for
- You'll ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified and have strong experience gained within an audit environment, with previous experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level.
- You're likely to be someone who:
- Has a solid background in external audit and a strong understanding of relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Is confident managing multiple assignments and competing priorities.
- Has experience leading, supervising or developing other members of a team.
