What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Registered Individual (RI) status with proven audit signing experience
- Strong background in a senior audit position within a professional services environment
- Extensive technical audit knowledge with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Experience leading and developing teams effectively
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and support business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience at Director level or within a Partner role would be advantageous
