This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Tax Disputes professional to take ownership of complex client matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice, both internally and externally . The role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients on complex HMRC investigations and disputes, whilst leveraging the wider capabilities and client base of a Top 10 firm. Key Responsibilities Lead complex HMRC enquiries, tax investigations and disputes from initial engagement through to resolution. Manage high-value and technically challenging tax disputes across a range of taxes. Handle and advise on COP8 and COP9 investigations .
