We are recruiting for a skilled and motivated Setting Out Engineer to join a flagship £1 billion new-build power station project based in Doncaster. The Role
- Accurate setting out of structures, foundations and associated infrastructure
- Conducting site surveys and producing as-built records
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with design specifications and tolerances
- Supporting site management with technical engineering expertise
- Managing and maintaining survey equipment
- Liaising with subcontractors, supervisors and project stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in the use of Leica, Trimble or equivalent surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
