Senior Quantity Surveyor East Midlands | UK-Wide Projects £70,000 - £75,000 + Company Car + Benefits Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing specialist construction contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable business delivering a diverse range of projects across the education, leisure, commercial and public sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. The Role • Commercial management of multiple projects across the UK • Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting • Subcontractor procurement and account management • Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts • Contract administration under NEC and JCT contracts • Risk management and commercial reporting • Supporting tender and pre-construction activities • Liaising with clients, consultants and operational teams Requirements • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction sector • Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts • Experience managing projects from tender through to final account • Education, leisure, commercial or public sector project experience advantageous • Degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Full UK Driving Licence Package • £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary • Company Car or Car Allowance • Pension Scheme • Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays • Long-Term Career Development • Stable Permanent Position • Strong Pipeline of Secured Work 📞 (phone number removed)
