We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Health Manager to lead health and safety standards across major infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical HSE advice and support to site management teams.
- Manage and mentor Health and Safety personnel.
- Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Review and approve RAMS, permits and project documentation.
- Promote behavioural safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
- IOSH membership with progression towards Chartered status.
- Previous experience within civil engineering, infrastructure or major construction projects.
- Experience managing or mentoring HSE personnel.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
