Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of rope access painter/blasters
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
- Conduct daily briefings and oversee work activities
- Monitor quality standards and productivity
- Liaise with site management and client representatives
- Ensure compliance with IRATA guidelines and health & safety requirements
- Complete relevant documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Valid IRATA Level 3 certification
- Previous supervisory experience within rope access projects
- Industrial painting and blasting experience essential
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and permit-to-work systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and maintain project schedules
Pay Rates
- Back Shift (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Monday to Friday: £32.50 per hour
- Saturday: £38.75 per hour
- Sunday: £45.00 per hour
- Night Rate (12:00 AM – 2:00 AM)
- Monday to Friday: £39.00 per hour
- Saturday: £44.00 per hour
- Sunday: £49.00 per hour
