Insite International are working with a Taunton based NHS Organisation to recruit a Maintenance/Facilities Assistant on a permanent basis.

Role Information

  • Permanent
  • 32 hour per week contract
  • £15.18 per hour

  • Onsite in Taunton

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will work closely with other Facilities staff to carry out various housekeeping and catering works.
  • The post-holder will be responsible for the cleaning of patient facing environments.
  • Working alongside and supporting apprentices with relevant duties.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
  • Partake in hazard analysis and fault finding of equipment.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of either catering / cleaning / portering in a commercial environment - ideally within the Public Sector.
  • Ability to carry out some manual handling duties.
