Key responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for audit assignments, reporting directly to Managers/Directors/Partners
  • Prepare high-quality audit files in line with UK standards
  • Support the preparation of statutory and non-statutory accounts
  • Draft journals involving more complex accounting areas
  • Supervise and review junior staff work, supporting their development
  • Liaise with tax teams and clients to resolve queries efficiently
  • Deliver work to budget and deadlines, flagging variances proactively
About You:
  • ACA/ACCA part-qualified
  • Experience within a UK audit or audit & accounts role
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead and support junior team members
  • Proactive, motivated and keen to take on more responsibility
