Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an exceptional VAT Director to join their dynamic London team and drive the development of the VAT practice across corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Develop: Spearhead VAT business development across the London office
- Manage complex VAT advisory projects for UK and international clients
- Oversee VAT compliance processes with opportunities for tech innovation
- Line manage the London VAT Manager group
- Mentor and develop talent across the national VAT team
- Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives
Excel & Deliver:
- Provide expert VAT technical advice and solutions
- Review advisory work and ensure exceptional quality standards
- Build strong client relationships and drive practice growth
The Individual:
- ACA/CTA qualified with Senior Management/Director experience
- Strong UK VAT expertise and international VAT familiarity
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Project management expertise with strong delivery focus
