Responsibilities
- Assist the Transfer Pricing Director and Corporate Tax Partners in servicing clients across the complete cycle of transfer pricing advisory and compliance work.
- Take ownership of the delivery of transfer pricing services and delegate work to junior team members.
- Liaise with the wider tax team, tax audit and accounting teams and other service lines in respect of upcoming work and delivery timetable.
- Manage deadlines and client work allocation; build and maintain client relationships and provide high levels of service.
- Manage WIP and billing for own clients, ensuring commercial recoveries.
- Manage and develop more junior team members; provide feedback and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk management procedures.
- Engage in ad hoc assignments and special work as required (training staff on TP matters, defence/resolution of tax authority enquiries, marketing support).
- Support personal and team development through internal and external training and professional updates.
- Maintain awareness of broader tax considerations related to TP policies and cross-border operations.
Project Involvement
- Planning and design of TP policies for various transaction types and operating models.
- Preparation and review of TP documentation (Master Files, Local Files, Country-by-Country Reporting).
- Guidance on implementation of TP policies and financial/operational testing of policies; review of agreements by legal advisors.
- Review of intercompany financing arrangements and conduct thin capitalisation reviews.
- TP risk reviews of cross-border operations and remediation advice; involvement in APA/MAP cases and dispute resolution with tax authorities.
- Awareness of broader tax considerations (withholding taxes, VAT/customs duties, permanent establishment risks).
Client Responsibilities
The tax team handles a broad range of TP advisory and compliance work for a variety of clients.
People Management
Responsible for managing junior staff; potential to manage direct reports after probation. The firm supports internal and external training, and expects active involvement in junior staff training and development.

- Proven TP experience gained in practice and/or industry; strong understanding of OECD TP Guidelines.
