- Generate, finalize, and close weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls through report preparation and execution.

- Proven experience managing a payroll department with a focus on high volumes of weekly payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of current payroll legislation and calculations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic and varied workload.
- Capable of working both collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Proficient in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Previous experience in migrating from one payroll software to another is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- CIPP Payroll Technician - Advanced qualification is preferred.
