The Role
You’ll report to an Audit Manager and lead audit assignments from planning through to completion. You’ll supervise and review the work of junior team members, support their development, and deliver high-quality audits using a mix of remote and on-site working. Your focus will be on efficiency, accuracy, good communication and meeting deadlines while working closely with the wider team.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CA.
- Recent Audit & Assurance experience within an accountancy practice.
- Experience leading external audits under ISAs and preparing accounts under UK GAAP or IFRS.
- Strong communication skills, confidence with clients and senior stakeholders, and solid Word/Excel capability.
- Ability to take ownership, understand key audit risks and know when to seek support.
