What You'll Be Doing
Join a well-established international tax team where you'll manage up to 150 clients and help individuals and businesses optimize their tax position across two jurisdictions. From solo relocations to hundreds of employees - they've handled it all, and they need someone who shares the passion for excellence.
Role responsibilities include:
- Leading assignments from planning to Partner/Director review
- Providing technical guidance and resolving complex tax issues
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality standards
- Contributing to business development through client presentations
- Staying current with evolving US and UK tax legislation
Qualifications:
- Dual handler qualifications (Enrolled Agent/ATT) - a non-negotiable
- Proven experience preparing, reviewing and filing UK and US tax returns
- Strong management and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in UK and US tax software plus MS Office suite
- Passion for knowledge sharing and team development
