About the Role: Work hand-in-hand with our Media, General Practice, and Audit teams, providing compliance and advisory services to an exciting portfolio ranging from UK independents to multinational clients. Our close relationship with HMRC's Creative Industries policy team means you'll be at the forefront of developments in this dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative sector tax compliance and claims (Film/TV tax relief, AVTC, Theatre Tax Relief, VGR, Orchestra Tax Relief, etc.)
  • Conduct technical research on creative sector tax matters
  • Advise clients on creative sector tax reliefs and production structuring to maximise benefits
  • Provide broader tax advisory including employee incentivisation, tax-advantaged capital raising, international tax matters, and restructuring
  • Coach and review work of team members
  • Support business development activities including insight publications and client proposals
  • Use HMRC relationships to provide advisory services

What We're Looking For

  • Professionally qualified (CTA/ACA or equivalent)
  • Recent hands‐on experience with Film/TV tax relief claims
  • Relevant experience aligned with creative sector tax responsibilities
  • Strong technical expertise across corporate and production tax matters
  • Effective project management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
