We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Audit Semi Senior Accountant to join a growing and dynamic practice based in London. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments across a range of sectors.
- Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP.
- Work closely with Audit Seniors and Managers to ensure audit files are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Liaise with clients on-site, building strong professional relationships and providing exceptional client service.
- Support junior team members, reviewing their work and offering guidance as required.
- Identify audit and accounting issues and communicate findings effectively to the management team.
Requirements
- Part-qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent) with recent experience in an audit-focused role within practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with audit software packages.
