An established and growing tax team is seeking an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager to play a key role in delivering specialist advice to a diverse client base while helping to drive the continued expansion of a highly regarded Employer Services offering. The Opportunity:
- Working closely with Tax, Legal, Payroll, HR and Global Mobility specialists, you'll advise clients across a wide range of sectors on complex employment tax matters while building long-term trusted relationships.
- Your work will include:
- Advising on PAYE, National Insurance and employment status matters
- Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries, reviews and investigations
- Providing guidance on benefits, P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements
- Advising on global mobility and expatriate tax issues
- Supporting employee share scheme compliance and reporting
- Conducting PAYE health checks and risk reviews
- Working with international teams on cross-border employment tax matters
Alongside client delivery, you'll mentor and develop junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives and work closely with senior leadership on strategic client projects.
About You:
- Strong experience across employment taxes, PAYE and benefits compliance
- Knowledge of global mobility, expatriate taxation and share schemes
- Experience dealing directly with HMRC enquiries and investigations
- A commercial mindset and ability to provide practical client-focused advice
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
