The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of internationally mobile employees and their employers, ensuring compliance while delivering high-quality advisory support.
  • Managing a portfolio of expatriate and internationally mobile clients.
  • Reviewing UK and overseas personal tax returns.
  • Advising on residence, domicile, and cross-border tax issues.
  • Supporting clients with double taxation relief and treaty applications.
  • Advising employers on global mobility policies, including tax equalisation and assignment structures.
  • Overseeing payroll obligations such as shadow payroll and reporting requirements.
  • Acting as a key client contact and managing relationships.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
