They are currently on the hunt for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the thriving Northampton office and play a key role in their continued expansion.
Location: Northampton Office, NN4
Salary: Up to £60,000!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services
- Develop and manage strong client relationships
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities
- Provide expert advisory support across the wider business
- Manage workflow and delegate appropriately to junior team members
- Spot development opportunities and mentor junior staff
- Travel to other offices to enhance the tax offering
- Respond to internal tax queries from various departments
Business Management:
- Manage work in progress and debtor control
- Assist with fee raising and departmental budgets
- Collaborate with Tax team, CSDs, and wider departments
The Individual:
- 5+ years' experience in tax within an accountancy practice, specialising in corporation tax
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent professional qualification
- Solid compliance and advisory background in practice
- Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player
- Self-starter mentality with ability to hit the ground running
Highly Desirable:
