Responsibitlities:

• Work collaboratively with partners on cutting‑edge UK and cross‑border special projects
• Oversee complex compliance work for an impressive client portfolio spanning owner‑managed businesses to quoted groups
• Drive business development initiatives and generate exciting new opportunities
• Lead sophisticated tax advisory projects with direct partner reporting
• Manage compliance for larger, more complex clients
• Build and nurture valuable client relationships
• Identify and develop additional service opportunities across corporate taxes, VAT, personal taxes, payroll, and corporate finance
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training to developing colleagues

The Individual:

• Significant corporate tax and accounting experience across advisory and compliance projects
• Proven track record in developing new business opportunities
• Genuine passion for exceptional client service
• Managing compliance for large corporate groups
• Property taxes and capital allowances knowledge
• Group restructuring experience
• Cross‑border tax advisory work
