My client is a fast-growing UK accountancy practice seeking a talented Business Services Assistant Manager to join our expanding team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and help shape the development of our clients and team.
About the Role
- Work on the affairs of our largest and most complex clients, as well as smaller businesses.
- Provide a full range of business management services, including accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax advice, and general financial guidance.
- Manage and mentor a team of trainees, supporting their professional development at various stages of their ACA/ACCA studies.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service, practical advice, and proactive support.
About You
- Is ideally two years post-qualified (ACA/ACCA).
- Has practical tax knowledge and hands-on experience advising clients.
- Has experience in the music or creative industries (or equivalent dynamic sectors).
- Enjoys mentoring and developing trainees, balancing technical work with people management.
