Responsibilities
- Lead multi-million pound inheritance tax and succession planning projects
- Coordinate with elite legal counsel and financial specialists on complex multi-disciplinary solutions
- Act as the primary trusted advisor to discretionary, high-net-worth clients
- Identify and develop opportunities within exclusive existing client relationships
- Represent the firm at premium networking events and industry gatherings
- Influence strategic direction of private client and owner-managed business services
- Mentor and develop junior specialists in complex private client taxation
- Drive team performance, billing efficiency, and profitability metrics
- Provide technical leadership on the most challenging family wealth structures
