Responsibitlities:

Work collaboratively with partners on cutting‐edge UK and cross‐border special projects

Oversee complex compliance work for an impressive client portfolio spanning owner‐managed businesses to quoted groups

Drive business development initiatives and generate exciting new opportunities

Lead sophisticated tax advisory projects with direct partner reporting

Manage compliance for larger, more complex clients

Build and nurture valuable client relationships

Identify and develop additional service opportunities across corporate taxes, VAT, personal taxes, payroll, and corporate finance

Provide on‐the‐job coaching and training to developing colleagues

The Individual:

Significant corporate tax and accounting experience across advisory and compliance projects

Proven track record in developing new business opportunities

Genuine passion for exceptional client service

Managing compliance for large corporate groups

Property taxes and capital allowances knowledge

Group restructuring experience

Cross‐border tax advisory work
