I\’m currently supporting a growing independent firm of Chartered Accountants in the West End, London who are looking to hire an Audit Senior for this permanent role. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified or part-qualified ACA professional looking to take the next step in their audit career within a supportive and close-knit team.

Duties:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Preparing financial statements under UK GAAP
  • Managing client relationships and addressing queries
  • Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work
  • Working closely with managers and partners on a varied client portfolio
  • Exposure to accounts and tax work, depending on your preference

Experience required:

  • ACA qualified or part-qualified
  • Experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice (3+ years ideally)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident managing audits and liaising with clients
  • Keen to develop and progress in a well-rounded practice environment
