I'm working with a well-regarded, forward-thinking accountancy practice that continues to grow steadily without losing its collaborative, people-first culture. They're now looking to add an Audit Semi Senior to their Audit & Accounts team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone progressing through ACA or ACCA who wants hands-on audit and accounts exposure, real client interaction, and the support of approachable Partners and Managers who genuinely invest in development.

The Role

As an Audit Semi Senior in London, you'll be:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of audit assignments, both in-office and on client sites
  • Preparing statutory accounts and draft tax computations, building strong technical foundations
  • Working directly with clients across a diverse range of sectors (SMEs through to larger corporates)
  • Identifying audit risks and issues, contributing to meaningful findings and recommendations
  • Collaborating closely with seniors and managers while gradually taking ownership of your work
  • Developing professionally within a team that values learning, initiative, and progression

  • ACA or ACCA studier with audit and accounts prep experience
  • Comfortable preparing audit files and supporting smaller audits independently
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach

  • A team player who wants to learn, contribute, and grow within practice

(Double-entry / bookkeeping knowledge and some corporate tax exposure are helpful but not essential.)
