Excellent Opportunity: Join a prominent accountancy and tax advisory practice with exemplary expertise in farming, agricultural sector, landed estates and private client work. Recently joined a growing top 40 accountancy group with ambitious expansion plans.
Salary: £47,500 – £55,000
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diverse client portfolio (corporate entities, LLPs, partnerships)
- Acting as main client contact for day-to-day queries
- Working across multiple sectors, including rural/agricultural focus
- Preparing accounts, corporation and business tax computations
- Some bookkeeping and VAT work
- Building long-lasting client relationships
- Managing workload to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Taking responsibility for billing
- Supervising and training junior team members
Qualifications
Essential
- Fully qualified (ACA or ACCA preferred)
- 3+ years UK post-qualified experience
- Medium/large firm experience preferred
- UK GAAP Financial Reporting experience
- Excellent communication & client management skills
- Strong IT skills, especially Excel
- Team player with positive attitude
Highly Desirable
- Knowledge of agricultural sector
- Experience with Iris, Silverfin, Caseware
- Sage and Xero proficiency
- Fast-paced environment experience
- Supervisory experience
