Our client, a leading professional services accountancy firm based in London, is seeking a Workplace Pension & Benefits Consultant to join their specialist consulting practice. You will provide strategic consulting services to corporate clients on complex pension and group risk arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Strategic consulting on pension scheme design, governance, and implementation
- Leading client presentations on complex workplace pension and benefit structures
- Developing long-term strategic client partnerships and consulting relationships
- Providing technical consulting expertise on pension and group risk matters
- Identifying consulting opportunities and strategic solutions across the wider firm
Requirements
- Proven employee benefits consulting experience delivering strategic advice on workplace/occupational pension schemes and group risk products
- Technical expertise in group life assurance, income protection, and private medical insurance aligned with DipPFS curriculum
- DipPFS qualified or actively working towards qualification with demonstrable commitment to professional development
- Confident presentation skills – delivering group sessions and one-to-one employee consultations
- Strong client-facing background with relationship management experience
- Commercial awareness including fee proposal preparation and business development
