The Role:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. This is a non-sales role with no prior knowledge of finance, accounting, or recruitment required - just a passion for helping people and excellent written English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Outreach: Use LinkedIn to send professional and engaging messages to potential candidates, inviting them to schedule a call with one of our recruitment consultants.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and arrange call times between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Research & Sourcing: Assist in identifying and researching potential candidates to build a pipeline of talent for our recruitment team.
- Administrative Support: Maintain candidate records and ensure all communication is tracked accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to support their activities and contribute to the overall success of the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written English with strong communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn (training will be provided).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with part-time hours spent in our Hemel Hempstead office.
