The Role:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you\’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. This is a non-sales role with no prior knowledge of finance, accounting, or recruitment required – just a passion for helping people and excellent written English skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Outreach: Use LinkedIn to send professional and engaging messages to potential candidates, inviting them to schedule a call with one of our recruitment consultants.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and arrange call times between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3. Research & Sourcing: Assist in identifying and researching potential candidates to build a pipeline of talent for our recruitment team.
4. Administrative Support: Maintain candidate records and ensure all communication is tracked accurately.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to support their activities and contribute to the overall success of the business.

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Excellent written English with strong communication skills.
2. A proactive and organised approach to work.
3. Basic familiarity with LinkedIn (training will be provided).
4. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with part-time hours spent in our Hemel Hempstead office.
5. No prior experience in recruitment, finance, or accounting is needed – just a willingness to learn and support our team.
