Key Responsibilities
  • Manage utilities and council tax accounts across property portfolio (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax)
  • Handle bills-inclusive and bills-exclusive bookings with high accuracy
  • Oversee daily utility operations including resolving billing issues and processing payments
  • Use workflow management systems to track and manage utility data
  • Maintain accurate financial records in coordination with Finance team
  • Work with third-party partners and local councils to resolve queries and discrepancies
  • Identify and escalate inefficiencies or cost-saving opportunities
  • Support broader finance operations as required
Essential Requirements
  • Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills
  • Minimum 12 months experience in similar administrative role
