What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
  • Processing payrolls accurately and on time for multiple clients
  • Handling starters, leavers, statutory payments and pension contributions
  • Managing RTI submissions and maintaining compliance with HMRC requirements
  • Responding to client payroll queries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records
  • Supporting pension auto-enrolment administration
  • Liaising with HMRC and pension providers when required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' UK payroll experience
  • Previous experience within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple payrolls simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC processes
  • A calm, dependable and professional approach
  • Someone who lives locally or can easily commute to Palmers Green, North London
