FP&A Manager
£67,500 to £72,500 + benefits
Hybrid working, Milton Keynes
Permanent, full-time
I'm recruiting an FP&A Manager for a large international engineering business in Milton Keynes.
The role offers a genuinely hybrid working pattern and a broad remit across forecasting, commercial planning, revenue, margin and performance analysis. You'll have good visibility across the business without needing to spend five days a week proving you own an office chair.
What you'll be doing
- Leading budgets, forecasts and planning cycles
- Analysing revenue, margin and profitability
- Building financial models and scenario analysis
- Identifying commercial risks, opportunities and performance trends
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Supporting senior stakeholders with clear financial insight
- Improving forecasting, reporting and finance processes
- Supporting revenue and profitability reporting at month end
What we're looking for
Ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience across FP&A, commercial finance or financial controlling.
You’ll need strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, revenue and margin analysis, alongside confident stakeholder management. Advanced Excel is important, with Power BI or similar reporting experience beneficial.
What's on offer
£67,500 to £72,500 plus benefits, hybrid working and the opportunity to join a substantial international engineering group where Finance has genuine influence over commercial decisions.
For an FP&A Manager looking for more ownership, senior exposure and flexibility in Milton Keynes, this is a strong opportunity to broaden your remit without losing the analytical side of the role.
