The opportunity
As the lead finance partner to a major business unit, you will influence growth strategy, investment decisions and performance management across a complex, data-rich operation. The Director of FP&A will work closely with senior commercial leaders, providing insight that genuinely shapes direction rather than post-rationalises it. What you’ll be doing
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for a high-growth business unit
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior operational and commercial leaders
- Building driver-based models to support scenario planning and resource allocation
- Leading monthly and quarterly performance reviews with clear, commercial insight
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities that impact profitability and growth
- Supporting pricing strategy, vendor negotiations and investment cases
- Leading and developing a high-performing, international FP&A team
- Improving planning tools, automation and data quality to reduce manual reporting
