Working from London, you will have space to shape client relationships, influence how deals are run, and play a visible part in the evolution of the advisory function within a respected professional services environment.

- Developing relationships with referrers, advisors and funding sources
- Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, deal execution and market presence
What tends to work well in this team:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with solid post-qualification corporate finance experience
- Handsâon exposure to M&A processes rather than purely theoretical work
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
- Confidence managing multiple live mandates without losing grip on detail
- A relationshipâled mindset that fits comfortably within an accountancy firms culture
What's on offer:
- Estimated salary range of ÂŁ75,000 to ÂŁ90,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
- Hybrid working with sensible flexibility built in
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional days
- Clear progression potential toward Associate Director level

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to progress their career without disappearing into a corporate machine. The role is based in London, offers meaningful flexibility, and sits within a firm that values quality thinking over noise.
