The Opportunity: We are recruiting for a leading accountancy firm seeking an HR Systems Project Manager to lead the implementation of their new HR system. This is a high-impact 12-month contract role with potential for extension on a hybrid basis from their central London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the HR system replacement project
- Establish project governance and manage senior stakeholders
- Control budgets, timelines and resources (£multi-million project)
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with change control processes
- Oversee third-party suppliers and internal project teams
- Drive business change management and user adoption
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record delivering HR system implementations (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (C-suite to end-users)
- PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred
