We are working exclusively with a leading FMCG client based in Cambridge to recruit an FP&A Manager to join their growing finance team. About the Role:

  • As the FP&A Manager, you will be at the heart of the business, providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision support to senior stakeholders.
  • This is a highly visible role where you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth.

About You:

  • You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role.
  • You will have a strong track record of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, ideally within an FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • A high level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day operational support to drive efficiency.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience operating at a senior level, working closely with board-level directors and cross-functional teams.
