About the Role:

About You:
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role.
- You will have a strong track record of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, ideally within an FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
- A high level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day operational support to drive efficiency.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience operating at a senior level, working closely with board-level directors and cross-functional teams.
