About the Role
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £47,500 - £52,500 per annum + excellent benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you will:
- Lead and deliver complex accounting projects, including IFRS transitions, acquisition accounting, and consolidations.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members in preparing financial statements compliant with FRS 102, FRS 101, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
- Build strong client relationships, providing insights and introducing additional service lines to meet their needs.
- Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the team.
About You
We are seeking a finalist stage qualified professional with:
- Finalist or Full ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
- Proven experience in client management and building rapport with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
- Experience supervising and coaching junior team members.
