A growing professional services firm is looking for a confident Practice Client Manager to manage key client relationships across a portfolio of SME businesses. This is not a technical accounting role. The focus is client liaison, quarterly meetings, advisory conversations and making sure business owners feel properly supported.

You’ll be joining a well-established firm in the accountancy sector, supporting SMEs typically turning over £1m to £15m.

The role

As Practice Client Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them stay on track, coordinating meetings and ensuring actions are followed up properly. Based in Coventry, this would suit someone from practice, professional services or SME advisory who enjoys building trusted relationships.
