What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, investors and counterparties

  • Supporting business development activity, pitches and proposal work
  • Developing relationships with referrers, advisors and funding sources
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes, deal execution and market presence
