The Opportunity

This is a highly commercial and strategic role that goes beyond traditional finance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Delivering insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Building robust financial models to support decision-making and long-term growth initiatives.
• Providing detailed analysis and commentary on business unit performance, with actionable recommendations.
• Leading cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We\’re Looking For

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You will have proven experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within manufacturing, production, or a similar industry.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong commercial acumen: The ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced analytical skills: A knack for solving complex problems and delivering clear, impactful analysis.
• SAP expertise: Proficiency in SAP is essential, along with advanced Excel skills.
