As Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager, you won't just oversee processing. You'll drive improvements, strengthen controls and act as the go‑to person for all things transactional.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycle
- Managing bank reconciliations and cash allocation processes
- Leading balance sheet reconciliations and resolving aged items
- Ensuring month‑end deadlines are met accurately and consistently
- Acting as main contact for transactional queries across the business
- Supporting quarterly VAT return preparation and submission
- Strengthening internal controls and maintaining audit‑ready documentation
- Coaching and guiding Accounts Assistants within the team
- Working cross‑functionally to ensure smooth handling of customer payments and refunds
