About The Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and motivated by keeping operations running smoothly? Our Planning & Resource Team (PRT) sits at the heart of our service delivery, coordinating everything from initial client engagement through to successful completion of works. As a Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and on time. You’ll be the link between clients, residents, engineers, and internal teams; scheduling appointments, tracking progress, and keeping everyone informed. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy problem‑solving, and take pride in delivering a seamless customer experience, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact across the business. This role would ideally suit an experienced Planner who thrives on solving problems, juggling multiple priorities, interpreting engineering notes, ordering parts, and keeping many moving parts running smoothly.

Location and Working Hours

  • Full‑time position (37.5 hours per week).
  • Monday to Friday: 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00.
  • Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD).

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective when working under pressure, particularly when managing competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate‑level Excel skills and a high level of confidence using Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail, with well‑developed problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interactions with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accuracy.
