Insite Energy is seeking a Junior Credit Controller in Peterborough to support resident debt management across our heat network portfolio. You will work with the Senior Credit Controller to handle arrears, set up affordable payment plans, process payments, and maintain accurate CIS records, while providing a customer-focused service.
You will engage with residents, perform routine reporting, and contribute to process improvements.
