About the Role
As a Field Technical Engineer at Insite Energy, you'll play a key role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and smooth operation of heat network equipment across our clients' developments and within residents' homes. This includes working with HIUs, valves, meters, PAYG devices, and metering systems that keep modern heat networks running efficiently. You'll be involved in installation and commissioning, fault diagnosis, and repair of in-property assets connected to centralised heat and cooling networks. The role combines technical expertise with customer interaction, working both on large multi-million-pound construction schemes and in occupied homes.
