We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Funding Business Partner to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. The Sustainable Funding Business Partner supports the financial sustainability of our homes by reviewing current fee structures, validating commissioned hours, and producing accurate costings. The role identifies funding gaps and works collaboratively with internal teams and funders to secure fair and sustainable fees.
