Insignis is a growing FinTech company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team. We are experiencing rapid growth, making this a perfect position for someone eager to have a significant impact on our company\'s development and to grow their career alongside our evolving business. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong growth mindset, an eagerness to build our growth playbook from scratch, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

The position will be based in our London office located in Devonshire Square, with some days working from home.

Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and Sales leaders, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-velocity tests to help define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and optimize our acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
  2. Conducting market research and experiments to refine our ICP definitions and messaging strategies for acquisition, nurturing, and closing.
  3. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities across channels (Web, SEO, social media, digital advertising) to provide insights, demonstrate ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  4. Managing marketing budgets across channels, ensuring value for money and tracking expenditures throughout the year.
  5. Collaborating with sales teams to identify and address pipeline growth bottlenecks.
  6. Measuring campaign performance and recommending adjustments to meet business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, preferably targeting finance professionals (CFOs, Treasurers, Financial Directors).
  2. Advanced knowledge of PPC and paid social media advertising (LinkedIn, Meta).
  3. Strong understanding of experimentation best practices.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
  5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  6. Passion for execution and building new growth strategies.
  7. Strategic, commercial, and practical thinking abilities.
