An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation in Belfast as a Supply Chain Coordinator (also known as Supply Logistics Agent).
Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for planning and managing all transactional elements of parts supply, ensuring schedules are achieved, assets are optimised, and supply chain operations run smoothly. You will provide governance and visibility to the Operations Team while working closely with the SCM Execution team on schedule, capacity planning, and inventory management, including kitting and system data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain data to the Operations team.
- Communicate parts supply enablement profiles effectively.
- Maintain operational systems with high levels of data accuracy.
- Manage parameters to optimise asset utilisation.
- Collaborate and support within a cross-functional team.
- Analyse forward load and capacity plans, including Line of Balance updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to the shop floor and external customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS) with at least 2 years' relevant Supply Chain experience. Candidates with lesser qualifications and 3+ years' relevant experience will also be considered.
- Solid knowledge and experience of MRP Planning Systems.
- Basic working knowledge of related Supply Chain processes.
This is a 12-month contract role, offering a competitive Umbrella rate of £29/hour with standard working hours across the week.
