Are you a procurement professional ready to take the lead? We are looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader to join our expanding team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across procurement, planning, and stores.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, manage supplier relationships, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of materials that are critical to our production success. This hands-on role offers the perfect blend of leadership and strategic impact - ideal for someone ready to step up and take ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead day-to-day procurement operations, supporting the wider supply chain team
  • Take charge of supplier performance and orderbook accuracy
  • Manage key suppliers across the full procurement lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, resolving performance issues proactively
  • Be the go-to for operational escalations within the procurement team
  • Attend production meetings to align supply chain with manufacturing goals
  • Coach and support your team to maximise efficiency and capability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and improve supply chain processes
  • Step in to support the team during busy periods or holidays to ensure continuity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain - ideally with team leadership exposure
  • Strong supplier relationship and orderbook management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like IFS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidently managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards) is a plus
  • Ability to gain relevant security vetting clearance
