Join Our Team as a Paint Shop Team Leader. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to run the day-to-day operations in our Paint Shop. If you’ve got experience in a manufacturing or production environment—especially with painting or coatings—and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of painters and production staff
- Keep jobs on schedule and hit production targets
- Monitor quality and safety standards
- Train and support your team
- Plan daily work and make the best use of materials and equipment
- Suggest improvements to make work faster and more efficient
- Track inventory and shelf life of paints
- Take care of admin, staffing, and reporting tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace
