Insignis is a fast-growing FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are expanding, making this a perfect position if you would like to have a significant impact on our company's growth and develop your role and career as the business evolves. You will join a team where your ideas will be welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new client business through research, calling and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and strengthen client relationships with new and existing clients
- Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
- Supporting the successful onboarding of new clients
- Utilise our internal systems to report on and analyse trends in sales data
Qualifications
- Proven success in proactively managing accounts and building successful long-term relationships with clients, preferably in a similar industry e.g., Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advice
- Ability to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and make clear decisions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent people skills
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to get stuck in
